🌟 Inside Sales Executive – B&I

Compass Group is the world’s largest Food Services provider, serving companies, institutions, schools, and the healthcare sector. In Belgium, we employ over 1,600 people under brands such as Eurest, Medirest, Scolarest, Gourmet Invent, Amalthea, J&M Catering, Silverspoon, and Tom & Della's.

We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales to join our B&I sales team. If you love generating leads, building relationships, and growing business, this is your next big challenge! 💼

What you’ll do:

• Generate high-quality leads via phone, email, and social media

• Book first appointments for dedicated B&I sales sectors

• Support the full sales cycle from lead to deal

• Collaborate with the Lead Generation and Marketing teams to grow the pipeline

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

What we’re looking for:

• Proven sales experience (food services, hospitality, or B&I preferred)

• Energetic, proactive, creative, and results-driven

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Fluent in French and Dutch; good knowledge of English

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree

• Experience with CRM systems and data analysis

• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
